The first Romanian lynx!

Our colleagues from ACDB have caught their first lynx in a box trap in the Romanian Carpathians: a beautiful young male weighing 21.5 kg. The male seems to be in excellent health, so that nothing seems to stand in the way of a transport to Thuringia once the quarantine period is over.
